Falk and primary sponsor Hampton Roads Toyota scored 12 victories in a season that culminated in his third-straight Late Model Stock Car championship at Langley Speedway. He finished fourth among 500+ competitors in the final Whelen All-American point standings.

2010 proved to be a career year for Falk. Not only did he repeat as the Late Model Stock Car champion at Langley, but he also has won a total of 11 races, including the Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown at Southside Speedway (VA), where he defeated the likes of Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, and Tony Stewart in an all-star event benefiting the Denny Hamlin Foundation. He also made his first two career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts at Martinsville Speedway (VA) and Phoenix International Raceway (AZ).

Touring a variety of tracks in the Carolina-Virginia region, Falk competed in Late Model Stock Cars, claiming the track championship at Langley Speedway. Falk scored 11 wins at Langley and added another at South Boston Speedway (VA) to set his single-season career high in wins at 12.
